| User IDs are assigned to a specific individual. Union Pacific's User ID Policy prohibits sharing User IDs or passwords with others in your organization. Each person in your organization needs a separate User ID.
Rail-Served Customers: Registrations take three business days to process. If you do not have a Track Agreement with Union Pacific, we will assign you a Conditional User ID and password by e-mail. Conditional User ID's cannot order rail cars, release, order-in or submit a bill of lading. Full access will be available upon verification of an executed Track Agreement. A Conditional User ID can use all other applications available on our Web site. Once a Track Agreement has been executed, the Conditional status will be removed and the User ID will have full access to our Web site. Intermodal Customers: Registrations take three business days to process, after which you will be contacted via e-mail with a User ID and password. Intermodal Drayman: Registrations take three business days to process. A drayman's company must have a Trailer Interchange Agreement (TIA) with Union Pacific before a User ID will be assigned. Third-Party Companies: Registrations take three business days to process. A third-party company, if doing business on behalf of another firm, must have an annual Letter of Authorization on file with Union Pacific. Policy governing the use of information collected for registration purposes are found in the Web Site Privacy Policy. If you currently have a valid password and User ID, or a UPRR employee TCS User ID, you do not need to complete this registration form. If you have forgotten your password, please call 1-800-872-1045 for assistance.
