To Our Customers,
Significant rainfall has led to several washouts in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. The holiday weekend forecast calls for more heavy rain in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. Resources have been mobilized to repair washouts as soon as safely possible. Customers with traffic in the region should expect delays while repairs are made.
