Dear Union Pacific Customer,

Effective January 7, 2013, duplicate rates from New Orleans, LA Group to Hampton, IA will be removed from UP 2028 Item 1500 (methyl esters). The rates that will be expired were published at the following rate levels:

• 27.5K to 31.5K gallons = $4866 per car
• 24.5K to 27.5K gallons = $5016 per car
• less than 24.5K gallons = $5280 per car
