The increases to Kansas and Missouri which were originally set for April 1, 2012, per previous announcement AG2012-21, were not updated.
Kansas and Missouri origination points and groups will increase by $50 effective June 1, 2012, in items 3001, 3002, 3005, and 3006. All increases will be applied to the heavy cap rate and spread accordingly for light cap equipment.
