Effective Oct 1, 2012, the following per car rate changes to UP 43 will be implemented.
Destination Region | Increase | Definition |
| West | 2.5% | UP Destination in States West of of NE: CO, UT. AZ, NV, CA, OR, ID, WA |
| South | 3.0% | UP Destination in States South of of NE: KS, MO, OK, AR, TN, LA, TX, NM |
| North | 3.5% | UP Destination in States North of NE: NE, IA, SD, MN, WI, IL |
We will also be taking the selected lane adjustments as detailed in this PDF.
