Effective May 1, 2012 corn rates published in UP 4051 Item 2320 will make the following changes:
- Rates from KS, West KS Group to the CA, Imperial Valley Group will increase by $205
- Rates from KS, Ogallah Group to the CA, Imperial Valley Group will decrease by $385
