Dear Union Pacific Customer,
Union Pacific is pleased to announce that all unit trains of grain or grain products can now be traced using Unit Train Customer Interface (UTCI). UTCI accomplishes the same tasks as Bulk Train Planner (BTP), but with some added features in a more user-friendly environment. New features of UTCI include the option to subscribe to e-mail notifications with ETAs.
We have been working to convert access for all users of BTP over to the new UTCI application. In the next few weeks we will shut down the BTP train line up and re-direct all users to UTCI. We encourage BTP users to begin using UTCI to get familiar with the new by look by visiting: https://c02.my.uprr.com/uti/secure/jas/homepage (a User ID and Password are required).
UTCI is also available on mobile devices. The mobile version has most of the features available in the full web version including tracking, pre-release and release. Give UTCI a try from your mobile device: https://c.uprr.com/uti
