Effective March 4, 2013 Union Pacific will make the following changes to UP 4053 Item 2820 (Cottonseed Meal):
El Paso, TX will be removed from the TX, Brownsville Group in order to eliminate duplicate rate coverage. Lanes will be retained with El Paso, TX in the TX, Clint Group or with point-to-point rates for El Paso.
