To Our Customers,

Following the fertilizer plant explosion Wednesday evening in West, Texas (near Waco, Texas), Union Pacific has suspended operations in the surrounding areas due to track damage and as the investigation and recovery efforts progress.

We are currently re-routing all trains normally moving between San Antonio/Houston and Kansas City/North Platte.

Customers with shipments moving through this corridor should expect 24- to 36-hour delays until access is restored to the area and crews are able to assess the damage and make repairs.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to restore service.

If you have any questions please contact your Union Pacific representative.
