The attached spreadsheet contains the EMP and UMAX Mexico transactional rates. The rates will be effective January 1, 2013. As a reminder, the Genesis documents will display Laredo, TX as the origin point for northbound Mexico shipments, and Laredo, TX as the destination point for southbound Mexico shipments. The actual Mexico origin or destination can be referenced in the notes section of the Genesis documents. The actual Mexico origin or destination for the corresponding transactional rate has been provided in the 'Actual Origin or Destination' column of the attached spreadsheet.
