Terminal Change from LATC moving to Multiple Destinations

Dear Intermodal Customer,

Effective November, 1 2012 Union Pacific is making changes to Domestic Intermodal service currently moving from LATC, CA to improve reliability and better align schedules with volume flows. Domestic traffic currently moving from LATC, CA to New Orleans, LA, Laredo(Ramp & Interchange), TX, Houston, TX, SAIT, TX, and Rio Valley, TX will now originate at Los Angeles, CA (ELA, CA).
 
The First cut-off for the Los Angeles terminal will be at 20:00 on Thursday, November 1, 2012. All domestic shipments from Southern California to New Orleans, LA, Laredo(Ramp & Interchange), TX, Houston, TX, SAIT, TX, and Rio Valley, TX should in-gate at the Los Angeles terminal following the 20:00 October 31, 2012 cut-off at LATC, CA. Units arriving at LATC, CA after the October 31, 2012 20:00 gate cut-off will be redirected to Los Angeles, CA. 
 
Current rate documents will apply from new origin terminal.
