In efforts to better improve our responsiveness to these inquiries, Streamline has created a new mailbox for customers to submit document requests for bills of lading, proof of delivery statements, etc. Effective today, July 18, 2013, Streamline invites customers to direct all document requests to Streamlinedocrequest@up.com. As we work to obtain all documents proactively from our carriers, please remember to allow 7 days from the date of service prior to submitting your requests.
