Does Union Pacific have a Share Repurchase Program?
Yes. In November 2013, Union Pacific announced a new share repurchase program, authorizing the repurchase of up to 120 million common shares (post-June 2014 stock split) by December 31, 2017. This new authorization became effective January 1, 2014.
