Union Pacific employees recently kicked off the railroad’s 2023 United Way campaign with a coffee and donut social at its Omaha headquarters.

Nearly 200 employees attended, visiting with company leaders and Employee Resource Group members while learning how United Way-affiliated nonprofits rely on generous donations to provide community members access to essentials such as healthy food, stable housing and job training.

The annual campaign continues UP’s longstanding tradition of fundraising for chapters across the railroad’s 23-state system – over the past 20 years, employees have raised more than $30 million for United Way.
