Effective October 1, 2014, the following rate increases will be applied to the following UP 17 Items:

| 1000 | Cottonseed | 6% on TN to CA rates 6% on AR origins 3% on all others | |
| 2900 | Soybean/Canola Products in Boxcars | 12% to Mexico gateways 3% to all other destinations | |
3217 | Deregulated Grain & Grain Products & Relate Articles | 3.5% to all destinations | |
| 3219 | Deregulated Grain & Grain Products & Relate Articles | 3.5% to all destinations | |
| 3610 | Fish Meal | 4% to all destinations | |
| 3615 | Deregulated Grain & Grain Products & Relate Articles | 3.5% to all destinations | |
| 4000 | Hay | 3% to all destinations |
