To Our Customers,
A series of weather systems have impacted our network between Longview, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana. We currently are working to remove downed trees and repair washouts — while dealing with widespread power outages.
Customers should anticipate possible delays of up to 48 hours as we continue to mitigate these obstacles.
