To Our Customers,
On Friday evening, an intense series of monsoon thunderstorms in the southern California and southwest Arizona regions impacted railway operations, specifically impacting our El Centro, Calexico and Yuma subdivisions.
Road closures have further complicated the situation, limiting our access to the affected areas. However, our dedicated recovery crews are diligently working to clear debris and restore service quickly. Once the restoration process is complete, we will temporarily implement slow order speed restrictions on this line to ensure trains can operate safely.
