To Our Customers,

Carloadings were up a small amount while system velocity decreased slightly and terminal dwell increased a bit following network outages related to Tropical Storm Bill. These outages have been restored, and the traffic backlog has been handled. Scheduled maintenance projects for the upcoming week include tie, rail and bridge maintenance on 12 key subdivisions, with a heavy focus on key North-South routes, the Central Corridor and Texas.
