Dear Intermodal Customer,
Due to heavy snow and general inclement weather, Norfolk Southern (NS) has issued an embargo for all shipments destined to Buffalo, NY.
Effective immediately, UPRR will discontinue accepting any shipment billed to Buffalo, NY on the NS. This restriction will remain in place as long as the NS embargo remains in effect.
