Effective Oct 1, 2021 Union Pacific will update rates in UP 4053 items 4014 (DDGS) - increasing $50, 4015 (DDGS) - increasing $75 & 4430 (Gluten Products) increasing $50, except Kansas City MO group to MNA MO group is increasing $200 and Cedar Rapids IA group to NE Group 3 rates are increasing $150.
