UP 4053 item 2820 & UP 17 item 1000 Fall 2021/22 Rate Changes - Cottonseed & Meal

Effective Oct 1, 2021 Union Pacific will update rates in UP 4053 item 2820 (cottonseed meal) and UP 17 item 1000 (whole cottonseed). For tariff UP 4053 item 2820, rates will increase $100 with the increase applied to all rates for PRIVATE cars, SYSTEM cars will be 10% above PRIVATE cars. For tariff UP 17 item 1000, SYSTEM/FOREIGN car rates will be expired.
