UP 4290 Tariff Changes Effective July 1, 2020

Dear Union Pacific Customer,
Effective July 1, 2020, Union Pacific will update UP 4290 with the new AG geography groups to enhance consistency and simplicity. For reference, a link to the new AG geography groups can be found below.

In addition, Union Pacific will be making structural changes to UP 4290 for administrative ease which will allow for more efficient updates and document management in the future.
· UP 4290, Items 100-140 will cover Ammonium Sulfate
· UP 4290, Items 200-240 will cover Ammonium Nitrate
· UP 4290, Items 300-340 will cover Dry Nitrogen
· UP 4290, Items 400-440 will cover Dry Phosphate
· UP 4290, Items 500-540 will cover Potash
· UP 4290, Items 600-640 will cover Liquid Nitrogen
· UP 4290, Items 700-740 will cover Ammonium & Potassium Thiosulfate Solution (UP 4295 will expire)
· UP 4290, Items 800-840 will cover Liquid Phosphate
