Service Delayed in Southeastern Texas and Western Louisiana

To Our Customers,

Service is delayed in southeastern Texas and western Louisiana due to icy conditions and deteriorated roadways preventing crews from reporting to work. Affected locations include Houston and the surrounding areas extending north to Longview, Texas, and Shreveport, Louisiana, east to Beaumont, Texas, and south to Angleton and Freeport, Texas. 

Customers with rail shipments moving through these areas can anticipate delays of up to 24 hours. Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing tomorrow afternoon, improving road conditions and allowing crews to return to work. Customers can expect service to resume within 24 hours unless provided further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
