Service Interruptions Impacting Operations

To Our Customers,
Our network is currently impacted at the following locations:
- A service interruption just west of Clinton, Iowa, is impacting operations between Chicago and Boone, Iowa. A limited route is available to move shipments around the impacted area. Customers with rail shipments moving through the impacted area should anticipate a minimum of 24 hours of delay.
- One of our bridges between El Paso and San Antonio sustained significant structural damage due to a fire. Our Engineering teams are working to repair damage to the bridge and restore service to the area. A reroute plan is in place to move shipments around the impacted area. As a result of the alternate routing, customers should anticipate between 24 and 48 hours of additional transit time.
