Dear Intermodal Customer,
On April 7th, Union Pacific announced empty ingates would temporarily be suspended in Albina, OR due to ramp congestion (Announcement Number: IM2016-134). We have seen a significant improvement in ramp fluidity and will reopen the facility to empty ingates on Tuesday, April 12th at 06:00 PT. Empty equipment can also be returned to the Brooklyn, OR ramp.
