Effective January 1, 2019, Union Pacific will be making adjustments to the UP 1195 tariff reflecting current market conditions. UP 1195 lane increases/decreases will vary on a lane by lane basis. Item 100 will apply to shipments originating from potato shippers in Idaho that have entered into a Mutual Commitment Program with Union Pacific Railroad and are listed in the document. Item 200 is the flexible pricing document for potatoes and onions.
The tariff is the ultimate authority; published items will supersede this general announcement. All rates are inclusive of fuel so they are not subject to Union Pacific's carload mileage fuel surcharge program. Rates not contained in the linked PDF have been removed from the tariff. Please contact your Union Pacific Representative if there are rates you need that are not included.
