To Our Customers,
Temperatures have moderated across the northern tier of our network in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois, which has allowed us to begin clearing the backlog of traffic in these areas. Interchange traffic with connecting carriers in the Chicago area continues to be congested. With more snow in the forecast for the Chicago area over the next several days, customers can continue to expect delays in these areas.
