A derailment northeast of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, is impacting rail shipments moving between El Paso and Dalhart, Texas. Trains will be rerouted around the derailment site on a limited basis. Customers with rail shipments moving through the impacted area can expect delays between 36 to 48 hours.
