Union Pacific to Comply with Canadian National Embargoes

To Our Customers, 
 
Canadian National (CN) issued embargoes to stop traffic moving to and from their Canadian locations and traffic interchanged through CN Canadian interchanges due to a potential CN labor strike. In compliance with embargo requirements, Union Pacific will only accept traffic that was loaded or in the process of loading prior to 12:00 p.m. on November 15, 2019, the issue date. After 12:01 a.m. on November 18, 2019, no traffic will be accepted until the embargoes are lifted. No permits are currently being issued.
