To Our Customers,
A major winter storm with record snowfall is impacting rail operations on our network. As a result, customers with rail shipments moving through Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois can expect delays between 24-48 hours.
Road conditions are poor and crews are experiencing challenges getting to work locations. As road conditions improve, crews will be able to safely return to work.
