Effective July 1, 2018, UPRR 28996 Carbon Black Tariff and UPRR 28212 Rubber Tariff was reorganized with changes in item numbers as noted here. Rates will not change as a result of the reorganization. The updated item numbers are available in the Price & Document inquiry.
