Effective April 1, 2018, UPRR 3200 (non-metallic minerals covered hopper) and UPRR 3229 (non-metallic minerals boxcar) will be reorganized with changes in item numbers as noted here. Rates will not change as a result of the reorganization. Updates to the item numbers will be available in the Price & Document inquiry by March 29, 2018.
