Dear Streamline Customer,
Streamline is committed to offering the capacity across North America that meets your needs. In an effort to improve our provider’s system velocity and fluidity, Streamline will implement a phased roll out our Automated Ramp Storage System beginning and effective January 1, 2016, with full implementation completed by March 31, 2016. Customers included in the initial January 1, 2016 phase have already been notified by their Sales Manager. Remaining customer implementations will be completed by March 31, 2016.
The Automated Ramp Storage System will provide Streamline customers with advanced tools including visibility, ongoing tracking, and finalized documentation for all ramp storage charges. The goal of the system is to automate and streamline the ramp storage process, and support efficient management of shipments at destination rail terminals. Additional details of the program as well as a guide for Streamline storage management best practices will be provided in the near future.
