Dear Premium Customers,
Early today, Kenny Rocker, executive vice president marketing and sales, announced changes to Union Pacific's Intermodal Terminal Reservation (ITR) system including, the indefinite suspension of the accessorial charge program associated with ITR. To assist you in your understanding of these changes and to provide you with guidance on managing reservations we have developed an FAQ document for your reference.
