Dear Premium Customers,
Following our announcement on October 5, 2022, which notified customers of new seal requirements, we would like to extend more time for the marketplace to prepare.
We are optimistic this implementation can reasonably be targeted for mid-2023 and will announce the new effective date as it approaches.
You will receive ample lead time prior to the update of our Intermodal Terms and Conditions with the new requirements. In the meantime, please continue working with your Union Pacific representative as necessary on this intiative.
