To Our Premium Domestic Intermodal Customers:
Union Pacific implemented a 1 for 1 ingate/outgate requirement on August 9th at our Tacoma South Intermodal Yard (TacSIM). With operations returning to normal, this process will be discontinued effective Friday, August 12th at 07:00 PDT. Empty box returns will continue to be prohibited until 23:59 Sunday, August 14th.
Please note, we appreciate your commitment to outgating all notified units to assist in avoiding future parking constraints.
