In July 2013, Georgia-Pacific LLC purchased the Temple-Inland Building Products facilities at Diboll, TX and the Texas South-Eastern Railroad Company (TSE). In September 2014, R.J. Corman purchased the TSE from Georgia-Pacific LLC and renamed it to R.J. Corman Railroad Company/Texas Line, LLC (RJCD).
