SAV operates 7 miles of track within the 3,000 acre McClellan Business Park (MBP), McClellan, CA. Traffic is interchanged to and from the UP at McClellan. The BNSF has trackage rights over the UP from Stockton to McClellan to interchange traffic with the SAV.
History
Sacramento Valley Railroad is owned by Patriot Rail, Boca Raton, FL. The SAV was formed March 1, 2008 when Patriot Rail signed its agreement with McClellan Business Park to provide rail service to industries within the park.
