10 Wood-Lined Troughs When the total lateral vacant space across a trough exceeds 4 in., load must be secured to prevent moving or tipping. An
example of tested and approved void filler materials is 3 ft × 3 ft × 3 in. thick 1/2 in. cell honeycomb fiberboard material or
2 in. × 4 in. wood chocks secured to troughs adjacent to coils with 16-D nails.
Low Side Profile Easy loading/unloading with all equipment handling (i.e. Coil Grab, C hook, Forklift, Sling)
Water Tight Gasket Rubber seal around the base of the cover keeps out water and debris
Cushioning Device End-of-car cushioning helps ensure a damage-free ride
