To Our Customers,
Union Pacific routinely evaluates our accessorial program and charges in tariff UP 6004. In recent months, we have faced rising costs of doing business. As a result, we will be making modest adjustments, which average to a 5% increase, to demurrage, private empty car storage, switching, and a few other miscellaneous accessorial charges beginning on February 1, 2024.
