Do I have to purchase the MyUPRR app?

No, the MyUPRR app is a free download.

What features does the MyUPRR app have?

The MyUPRR app allows users to track shipments, create, view or respond to a case and receive notifications (e.g., Constructive Placement, Bad Order) directly to a mobile device.

Only current Union Pacific customers with a MyUPRR User ID and password will have access to use the MyUPRR app. If you need to request access or reset your password, contact the Union Pacific eBusiness Team at 800-872-1045.

How do I sign up to receive notifications on a mobile device?

To receive Shipment Notifications via the app, the user must first subscribe to one, or more, of the available notification types through MyUPRR.com (secure customer website). To access the subscription page, log on to MyUPRR.com and select Edit in the Notifications box. Options exist to filter notifications based on party to the bill and firm. Users may elect to receive notifications via email, mobile device or both.

How can I manage or stop the notifications I receive on my mobile device?

Once subscribed to a notification, users may turn on/off the receipt of the mobile notifications from the Settings page on the app.
