Appointments and Hours

We are pleased to see all Suppliers interested in selling products or services to us. Hours at our Omaha, Neb., offices are from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments are preferred to ensure the best use of both your time and ours.

Please call ahead to schedule an appointment, so that we may inform lobby security of your arrival.

While You Wait

While waiting to see Supply personnel, please review the status of your open purchase orders and quotations with us, especially those past due or due in the coming month. When a Supplier's representative knows current delivery promise dates and product lead times, the appointment can be more productive for both buyer and seller.

Sales Contacts Outside of Supply

Your initial sales contacts with Union Pacific should be made with Supply personnel. We will be glad to help you make arrangements, should you wish to see someone outside of the Supply Department.
