Bills of Lading (BOL)
Fuel transportation carriers generate bills of lading (BOL) in addition to those associated with the fuel purchase itself. When submitting an invoice for payment, the carrier's bill of lading is required along with the date of shipment. Use of the refinery bill of lading instead of the carrier's BOL will result in errors in our Fuel Management System application, delaying your payment.
