To Our Customers,
Our rail network is currently being impacted by a significant arctic weather system between North Platte, Nebraska to Chicago, Illinois and between St. Paul, Minnesota and south to Kansas City, Missouri. As a result, customers can expect delays of 24 to 48 hours for shipments traversing these corridors.
We have activated our winter weather action plans and remain focused on delivering your freight as quickly as possible.
