Streamline Accessorial Update – Special Requests Announcement

Effective June 15, 2014 all special requests for services not explicitly addressed in the Streamline Accessorial Schedule will need to follow the process noted below for internal Streamline evaluation and determination of either approval or denial. Special Requirements are defined as changes to business or requests for service outside of Streamline’s normal business practices, including current accessorial schedules, specialized documents, terms and conditions.
Requests must be sent via email directly to your Streamline Sales Manager detailing the service(s) being requested and all pertinent load information.
·         Streamline’s management team will evaluate the request and provide a response in writing either confirming or denying our ability to execute the special service(s) requested.
·         Streamline will make every effort to accommodate special requests submitted, and provide our response decisions in a timely manner. Please do not consider your requests as accepted until you receive a written response from your Streamline Sales Manager confirming the outcome.
This new process will provide both formal structure and consistency in the submission and review of requests for special services. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact your Streamline Sales Manager directly. This announcement along with a copy of Streamline’s Accessorial Schedule will be posted to our website.
