UP2020 Phase 2 Service Adjustments

Dear Premium Customer,
As Union Pacific continues to implement Unified Plan 2020, we are working to create balanced directional flows in our Los Angeles to Midwest/Texas/Southeast corridors. To achieve the balanced flows, service frequency will increase in a number of lanes. In addition, there are changes being made in Denver and Portland (Brooklyn) to support ramp fluidity. These changes will all go into effect January 15, 2019 and will further our effort to deliver you a safe, reliable and efficient service.
Specific to international and domestic traffic originating in Denver, service will no longer be offered to Chicago (local ramps or interchange) as well as Houston. The last day to in gate for both lanes will be January 14, 2019. The remainder of the service adjustments referenced above can be found in the corresponding service schedules.
