Dear Premium Customers,
Union Pacific strives to provide you with an efficient intermodal product. Over the upcoming weeks, we will be adjusting our intermodal terminal cutoff times to reduce the period between arrival at our terminal and train departure. In most cases, this will result in providing you with a later cutoff time at origin, and should assist you in ensuring loads arrive at terminals in time for departure. In a small number of cases, cutoff times were adjusted earlier to accommodate the train departure.
Gate cutoffs for our Standard service offering will change as follows:
Now Effective
- Mesquite to Los Angeles - 1000 to 2000
Effective May 22, 2020:
- Los Angeles to Mesquite - 1900 to 2100 (Tuesday only)
- Los Angeles to Memphis - 2355 to 2100
Effective May 23, 2020:
- LATC to Shreveport - 2100 to 0100
- LATC to Lathrop - 0001 to 0330
- LATC to Brooklyn - 1600 to 1700
- LATC to TacSim - 1600 to 1700
- LATC to Seattle - 1800 to 1700
- Los Angeles to SLCIT - 1900 to 2000
- Los Angeles to Denver - 1900 to 2000
- STIR to Shreveport - 1500 to 2300
