Effective Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1100 PST, empty EMP and UMAX container returns are temporarily suspended at Union Pacific's Brooklyn Intermodal Terminal in Portland, OR. Empty returns will resume at UP’s Brooklyn terminal on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 0001 PST. During this time, customers should direct empty ingates to Union Pacific's Albina terminal (2745 North Interstate Avenue, Portland, OR 97227).
