Dear Premium Customers,
Our Engineering and Operations teams continue to work around the clock to restore operations through Santa Rosa, New Mexico as quickly and safely as possible. To that end, we are hopeful service will be restored in the next 24-36 hours; however exact timing remains uncertain. In addition, we wanted to communicate our intention to resume ingates and reservations, via our Intermodal Terminal Reservation system, in advance of the bridge being opened to help you plan and resume operations as effectively as possible. We will communicate that exact timing to you once available.
