Ask A Recruiter: If I attend a hiring session, what should I expect?

At a hiring session, you’ll meet a recruitment manager and a field manager. The two managers will work together to provide detailed information about Union Pacific careers to the attendees.

This is your opportunity to ask questions about the job you’re applying for and the company in general.

The information and question session will typically last between one to two hours, and after, interviews are performed.
